  • Meet Koala Dave

    David Isitt, affectionally known as Koala Dave, has spent his entire life surrounded by nature and wildlife. As a dedicated Wildlife Rescuer in the Moreton Bay Region, Dave brings his wealth of experience and passion for wildlife to every presentation. His natural ability to engage with children makes learning about wildlife an exciting adventure.

What we Offer

Interactive Presentations

Each 45 to 90 minute session (depending on age) is
packed with interactive activities, including:

  • Identifying animal and bird sounds
  • Distinguishing between pets and wildlife
  • Exploring the habits and habitats of local wildlife

Educational and Fun

The presentation is designed to be both informative and entertaining, with lots of
props and stories used to keep children engaged and excited about learning.

Environmental Awareness

We emphasise the importance of sustainability and conservation, teaching children practical ways to protect wildlife and their habitats.

Safety First

Dave holds a current Blue Card
and appropriate insurances, ensuring a safe learning environment for the
children. These can be provided on request.
